Reserve a Meeting Room

How to reserve a Meeting Room

We offer two amazing meeting spaces to our community at no charge.  Both rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the library (handicap accessible).  There are public restrooms on the 2nd floor that are easily accessible from either room.

Queen City Room-This is a large room with tables and chairs for up to 30 people.  This room has a projector and screen, if technology is needed, but users must bring their own laptop or tablet to connect to the projector.  Please let us know if you need the screen and projector set up.  This room is not completely private, as the elevator is accessed through this room.  For most guests, this is not an issue, but be aware that patrons may walk through the room if they need to use the elevator.

Community Meeting Room-This is a smaller room with tables and chairs for up to 10-12 people.  This room offers technology (a large wall mounted computer screen), in which patrons can connect a laptop.  In addition, patrons may access documents from their Google drive, a USB or their email.  This room is private.

Please note the use of the rooms for library programs takes priority over reservations.

You must read our agreement and fill out the application for approval.  Once your application has been submitted, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

Please email the completed application to jsparks@sedalialibrary.com or bring it by the library.
